I cannot get my code to open MS Office

I was given a code to us from HP as my computer broke down after a few weeks
of use and was tied up for quite some time.

The code that they gave me does not open MS Office.

Could you help me so that I can try it out?

By the way, I would never include a full name, address, and phone number in
