i am having trouble getting a blank document

please help me. i was able to make 3 word documents before having trouble.
now i can't seem to get a blank document. let me know what i did wrong.
 
Post your request to the Word newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Access, a
relational database application by Microsoft.

Please repost your question in a Word newsgroup. The webpage can be confusing
- this group is for a different program, Microsoft Access. Please scroll down
and find a group for Word in the list of programs on the lower left of the
screen (assuming you're using the same webpage I've seen...)

When you do, it would help to know what you DID - it's hard to tell what you
did wrong without knowing that!
