Having problems accessing one paticular site. Continuously receiving the HTTP
404 -File not found Internet Explorer. I know the site is valid because I can
access it using other computers. I have tried all the intenet Options
settings, disable my firewall and even the Winsock fix, still the same. I
Also called my ISP to see if they were blocking any sites. I am using WinXP
SP2 with all the available updates. Getting pretty frustrated. If anyone can
help with this problem it would be great. Thanks!!

Check C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc for a file named HOSTS with no
extension. (Not Hosts.sam)
Make sure Windows is set to show hidden files and folders and is NOT set to
hide extensions for known file types.
If HOSTS exists, rename it to HOSTS.OLD
Reboot an try again.

Or, In a Cmd window, enter
ipconfig /flushdns
then clear your TIF also, and re-boot.
