How to use effectively "Notes" ?

I'd like to show my pp-show that way that audience will see at screen only
show what i have made and I want to see "notes" (Not sure whats the right
translate for window which is under main window when editing show). And
audience wont see "notes" which I have made.

Thanks forehand...
 
Assuming your video card will support mutliple monitors in Slide show > set
up show tick presenter view.
