How to put a waving flag as icon at end of email

previously I had a waving flag at the end of the email
message. I no longer have that signature with the flag.

The flag is waving when I open with fax viewer.
However I cannot copy, insert or by any other method
get it move and still be waving.

Can someone please help me.
