How to Make Outlook Express Send to MSN

I have MSN DSL but want to send and receive mail via
Outlook Express instead of MSN's hotmail. I have MSN's
SMPT server name but Outlook give me a message that it
can't find the server. I can receive mail OK but not send
it. Has anyone figured out how to get this done? Thanks.
