Nothing to do with the operating system. Ask in a group specific to your
mail client.

LINK BY E_MAIL

Hi,

Usually, when you type a link into your E-mail it won't look like a link
until after it's been mailed. The recipient has the burdon of using an
E-mail program that shows links. Sort of like when you're trying to
attach an image to an E-mail, some folks will see it just fine, others
have to fool with things first.

Some E-mail programs need the http:// in front of the link to actually
be a link, some don't, so it's best to use it.

You can easily test this stuff by sending E-mails to yourself.

You can also send an E-mail address as a link as long as you put mailto:
in front of it. Like this mailto:[email protected]

---==X={}=X==---
