Are you referring to the hiding of a shared "network" drive? IOW, people
"see" your C: partition as shared on the network, and you don't want them
to? Or, are you referring to other people (besides yourself) who physically
use your machine and should only have access to the D: partition, not C:
(the OS)? Of course, in this latter case, this raises the issue of how, on
a single boot machine, someone could access the data partition (D
while
hiding the OS (C
?! You MUST have an OS booted (and by definition,
exposed) in order to gain access to D:, so hiding C: in this case doesn't
make sense. You need to clarify.

Thanks Jim for your quick response.
I have Win. XP Pro. on my computer (c: drive). And d: drive (an other
hard disc) is for sharing with other people. However, they kept messing up
my C: drive (moving, deleting..ect.).
This is a single boot system. The OS is on C: drive plus Data/Files.
I knew that there is a way to hide the C: drive, but just dont know how.
Any helps would be deeply appriciated.
