How to download a picture from web

I try clicking the right tab and then save as but my
computer doesnt give me the option to save as jpg file
onlt .art and .bmp and when i write filename.jpg to save
it doesnt save it as jpg.
how do i change this

Try clearing your Temporary Internet Files.

Walt,
Do you mean you want to SAVE a picture from a web page?
If so, RIGHT click on it and select SAVE PICTURE AS from the
resulting menu and send it to the folder of your choice.
Using FILE/SAVE AS does not always work.
