How to append successive record contents to first record

I have imported contents of an excel spreadsheet such that each numbered
record was broken up into a record headed by a number, followed by 3 records
of text before the next numbered record. Any way to organize this mess so all
the text after the numbered record is on that record?

It isn't real clear what your data looks like. If I am assuming correctly,
you can use the generic concatenate function found at
