I check on the knowledege base of microsoft.com 327998

I did as it says there but the standard user can still change the
desktop wallpapaer.

I cat find a policy for the desktop wallpaper under Group Policy.

Can you please tell me exactly how can I prevent a standard user from
changing the desktop wallpaper.

Thanks,

Mario

With the Professional Edition of Windows XP you can do this in
GPEDIT.MSC > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Desktop >
Active Desktop.
