How to add a note to a reminder

Is it possible to add a custom note to Outlook Reminder to help in reminding
the action which needs to be taken for that message.

Is the reminder in tasks or calendar?

In either of these, double click on the calendar time or task windo to open
a main window you can add text in the white space at the bottom of the window.

Hi,

The requirement is:

Open any mail.
Click on Flag button and set a date to alert you at some specified time in
future.
There is no provision here to add a note or comment to help in making a
decison when flagged mail pops up at the set time.

I am looking for a way to achieve this.
