How do I pull up specific catagories in Outlook and then email each of those
clients?

Do you want to send the same message to all of them at once or do you want to
send them individually?

Sorry about the No it didn't help response, I'm new here. I would want to
open a catagory to find someone in a certain catagory (look them up) or to
e-mail one or all of them. For example "inspectors", I would want to see all
of the contacts who are inspectors. Thanks Jocelyn

Switch your view of the Contacts folder to the By Category view. Once you've
done that, you can easily look through the list in the Inspectors category to
find the people you want to send messages to. To send a message to just one
of them, select the contact in the list and then click Actions | New Message
to Contact. You can also hold down the CTRL key while you select contacts to
select more than one at a time, or to e-mail the whole group at once, just
select the Category header.
