How do I use adminpw.osc to set local admin password on RIS installs?

I have Server 2003 and I seen that there is a adminpw.osc file in the
RIS OSChooser. I'd love to be able to use this so that I can enter my
local admin password during the CIW process. I've seen others that
have accomplished this by making their own variables for the password,
but they aren't confirmed by making the user type them in twice. This
screen has this text:

Password: <BR><INPUT NAME="*ADMINISTRATORPASSWORD" TYPE=LOCALPASSWORD
MAXLENGTH=20> <BR>
Confirm Password: <BR><INPUT NAME="*ADMINISTRATORPASSWORDCONFIRM"
TYPE=LOCALPASSWORD MAXLENGTH=20>

I don't know what the * at the begining of the variable is for. I also
don't know how the CIW is comparing the two fields. Whats the
difference between TYPE=PASSWORD and TYPE=LOCALPASSWORD?

I've made changes to my other osc files to point to this one and that
works great. What should I be putting in my .sif file so that it can
take advantage of this screen?

If anyone has any information on any of this, I sure would appreciate
it. Thanks a bunch!
