unless you are using cached mode (the alert indicates you are not) - the
junk filter doesn't work. Do you have something from mcafee or Symantec
installed that could be filtering it?
will likely happen with new outlook profiles because default is cached
mode - disable it from a new profile.

I also get this popup..."The Junk E-mail Filter is not available for
your
Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account because you are wokrin online.
To
enable the Junk E-mail Filter for this account, switch to the Cashed
Exchange
Mode." ...when I try to modify/disable the junk email filter. My
Exchange
admin says he is not filtering for spam, he has an outside service do
it
prior to our recieving it.
This also happens to new (to Outlook 2003) profiles, but didn't happen
with
Outlook XP. Any other ideas?
thanks
Dave
:
It will still work for the srnders you've got in the Blocked List.
Also
the
filtering could be done at Exchange level. Contact your e-mail admin
for
more info on this.

I have Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. I have turned off the filter
option
and it still moves messages to the junk mail folder. Is there another
way
to
stop this?
