How do I turn off hot keys?

If I hit CTRL+V+enter accidentally (like when I'm trying to past information,
but press Enter first to give me an extra line), it automatically sends the
message! This is clearly a hot key set up, and I'd like to get rid of it. How
do I do that????
Thanks.

I think what happened is that you're hitting CTRL+ENTER which does send.
Check under Tools | Options | E-mail Options | Advanced and see if there is
an option in there to turn off using CTRL+Enter to send.

Also you should go to Help | Check for Updates and let it install SP2 and
the updates.

You're right, it's CTRL+ENTER. I had already tried what you mentioned...no
option to turn that off in the Options, that I could find. I will install
SP2, but I doubt that will do it. Thanks for trying. If you have any other
suggestions, I'm open. THANKS!

Actually I *think* SP2 might add that option to the Tools | Options...
settings. But I don't have an SP2 install handy that I can check it on
right now.
