How do I set up a second email address, please?

I have been using Outlook in preference to Outlook Express for some years and
have forgotten how to set up a second email address! I used Freeserve which
became Wanadoo, then Orange.

I use Tools Accounts Change and all appears to be fine when I click on Test
but, the test message does not arrive in my inbox. Should I be looking for a
different inbox? If so, where?

I am sorry to have to post such a basic question but, I shall be grateful
for any assistance.

Is this for Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode? It appears to be. I
would think Tools>Accounts>New (or Create - whatever it says for a new
account) would be what you want.
