How do I set up a briefcase?

I am wanting to set up a briefcase to synch files between a laptop and
desktop PC.
I am wanting to synch outlook files (emails, contacts and appointments)
My Documents
My Pictures
My Music
So that all remain in synch on both machines.
Any help in how to do this would be appreciated.
