Create a log-in password and then click the "On resume, display Welcome
screen" checkbox.

You can still use TweakUI to autolog on and it will log you automatically
during a reboot or cold boot.

Be warned though that if your little brother or sister want to get into the
computer they still will be able to by simply rebooting the computer.

Your best bet is to not use autologin and just log in manually when you boot
up the computer.

Hi,

You don't set a password for the screensaver, you set a password for your
user account then set the system to display the welcome screen on resume.
This forces the user to enter a password to get access to the system. If you
had just set a SS password (ala Win98), then this is easily defeated by
rebooting the machine.
