How do I save tracked changes in Word 2003 so someone who doesn't.

I used the Tracking Changes tool in Word 2003 to edit and include comments on
student papers. Students who do not have Word 2003 have not been able to see
the comments I inserted. I'd like them to be able to see them. Do I need to
save the file in a different format? Saving in rich text format didn't work.

Thanks for any help.

Comments are visible in every version. Students with Word 2002 should see
balloons if they have them enabled. Mousing over comment marks will display
comments in a ScreenTip in all versions provided ScreenTips are enabled. And
in earlier versions you can also use View | Comments (comments are also
displayed in the Reviewing Pane in Word 2002 and 2003).
