How do I retreive my deleted History files

Hello All,

I had my history set to 0 day in Internet Options but now I will like to
retreive my history files from a month ago or so. Is there any I can do
this? Thanks for all your help.

Not without a third-party app to read the index.dat file in your History
folder, possibly that info is still there - unless you totally cleared out
your History folder or deleted it entirely in the meantime.
