How do I restrict access to folders and/or drives in Windows XP Pro?

I am wondering if it is possible to restrict access for different users that log on to the same computer. For instance I can log into the computer and have full access to all folders and drives, if someone else logs on then they can't access certian folders or even an entire drive. Can Windows XP Pro do this on it's own or will I need a third party program?

XP can do this if you are using the NTFS filesystem for the disk space.
You should not modify the NTFS permissions on areas such as
c:\Windows, c:\Documents and Settings, c:\Program Files (unless you
fully understand what you are doing) but the permissions on any other
partition or on any custom folder you have defined are fair game.
