How Do I REMOVE SPYDOCTOR

After downloading spydoctor onto my gateway PC, it became so sluggish I
decided to remove it. However, although it no longer appears to be
running in the background, every time I start up, a window pops up and
it asking that Spydoctor be reinstalled. How can I get rid of this
window at start up?
