How do I remove a administrator's password?

I was given a computer and I can open windows because the is a passward on
there, How do I remove it ?

If you start the computer in safe mode and go to start,settings, control panel click on user accounts select administrator and go to remove password. to get into safe mode you may need the admin password. but if you have it there should be no problem.
