How do I prevent new browsers from opening?

I recently had Office 2003 installed at work. I receive many emails each day
from data aggregators that contain links to articles I need/want to read.
This new version of Outlook opens a new browser for each link I click rather
than re-using the browser that's already open. Does anyone know how to turn
this off and force the program to re-use the existing browser?

In Internet Explorer go to Tools | Options | Internet Options. I don't
recall exactly which tab it's on (maybe Advanced) but there is a setting
that tells it to open in a new window or reuse an existing one.

I understand that Outlook 2003 doesn't obey that setting but always uses a
new window, but I could be wrong.

You might be right. I can't test it right now, but I seem to recall it
worked properly. If I get some time later I'll give it a try.
