How do I move outlook 2003 emails to a new computer?

I have two computers both with Oulook 2003. Hoe do I move emails from one to
another? I known they are stored in the pst. files but I don't know a step
by step process to find them and then copy/import them to a second computer?
Can anyone give me an idiots guide?

Step 1:

[File Menu]
[Import & Export]
{Export to a file ...} ---- > Next
{Personal Folder File (.pst)} ----> Next
Selecet your main folder like as {Personal Folders} and be sure you checked
{Include Subfolders} Then Press Next.
With [Brows...] Locate to your location (On your H.D.D) for saving backup
file.
And Then Press [Finish].
In The last Window, Just Press OK, And wait to finish.
Exit Outlook And Check the file
Copy this file on tour new system.

Step 2:

{Import file another program or file}
{Personal Folder File (.pst)} ----> Next
With [Brows...] Locate to your location (On your H.D.D) for loading
backup file.
And Then Press [Finish].

With all due respect to Mahoutchian, please don't use import and export to
move your data file. .PST is Outlook's native format, and just as you would
open a .DOC file in Word rather than importing it, you can (and should) open
a .PST file directly in Outlook using File | Open. Import/Export can lead to
loss of data and settings.

your data and settings moved to the new machine safely. Note that many of
the links on this page, especially the ones in the More Information section,
that are written for Outlook 2002 will also work for Outlook 2003.

Using Microsoft Outlook 2003 PST File is a Microsoft solution for backing up
your data in outlook.
But like as many softwares are not prefect and ideal.
at this time there are many application and add-in for this case, like as
Outlook Backup , But Easiest and simple way is using Microsoft outlook pst
file.
You can safely backup your critical data with this option.
