How do I change the time from US time to Australian?

Hi all - my message settings in Outlook seem to be coming through on US time,
I am in Sydney Australia so this is a little confusing!

Not sure how to fix this, can anyone help?

Have you tried to change the time zone under Date and time settings in
controle panel instead of ajusting the clock?

Yes I 've done that - it only happens with messages sent and received in my
Inbox - the time is all out of whack. For instance your message came through
at 3.57AM on Friday 25/7/08. In Sydney Australia where I am right now it is
9.16PM on Friday 25/7/08

How did you receive this message in your Inbox, as it was posted to a
newsgroup?

What version of Outlook are you using, and have you all TimeZone fix
patches applied? (To Windows and Outlook.)
