How do I break apart my emails?

In old versions of Outlook and even Outlook Express you could break apart
your e-mails if they were larger than a certain size, but I can't find where
to do it in Outlook 2003. I've tried looking everywhere and even dealing
with the darn paperclip but to no avail - is it still in there?

No, I think it was removed from 2003.

You need a file slitter/combiner. Google will find one for you.
