How do I block spam from random domains ending in .info?

I am using outlook from office 2000. I get junk mail from domains such as
@8QV7xK.info or @7GS4xKc.info but am unable to block the .info part, thus
have to block these individually on a daily basis. Is there some way a
wildcard can be used (like the * or ? in the old MSDOS) that will allow
blocking of all domains ending in .info?

Create a rule that examines the headers for ".info"
