How can I make an e_card ?

Hello
I'd like to create an e_card in MsWord. I inserted a picture and wrote some
words on the picture. When I save it as a web page I will not open as an
attachment. I have to save it as a "Word Document" and it will open as a Word
file with a flashing curser!!!!
How can I corret it?
