Hot to overcome: "i" This message not sent ?

As a realtor, I use a software called "RealFAST Forms" which has an e-mail
feature which turns the form into a .pdf file...however, when I use it and
try to e-mail it brings up the "wizard" and I can go all the way to
generating the Outlook e-mail page BUT.....it also contains an insert as
above - note, the "i" is in a blue circle and the "This message is not sent"
follows - I canNOT find a way to get this e-mailed out?? Please HELP!!!

Where do you see the message is not sent dialog? Does outlook or the forms
software generate it? Do you have a send button you can click?
