home page keeps changing

I have my homepage set through the internet options but
every time I turn off the computer and turn it on again
the homepage changes. I have 2 different spyware systems
installed and nothing looks unusual on the currently
installed programs list,this homepage has also placed 3
items on my favorite list that will not delete. any ideas?

SpyBot Search and Destroy and AdAware are two excellent
programs but for complete cleaning of home page hijackers
you can also use BHODemon
