I just got a computer with Windows XP with SP2 installed. I tried to add it
to my home network with the Microsoft Wired base station MN-100, but I got
the error message that "This version of Windows has had known compatibility
issues and will not be able to work properly" or something to that effect. As
a result, I am not able to access any of the other computers' shared files
nor use the network printer. How should I fix this? Are there any updates
that should be made so that the new computer will be compatible with the
router? Thanks

this is due to the Upnp problem with SP2..follow the instructions below...

click on
Networking and Communications ....this will help u solve the issue..
