I ran a Google on "hlvdd" and got quite a few hits mentioning a Hard
Lock Dongle. A dongle is a small piece of hardware that attaches to
your computer, usually a serial port. It is often used to authenticate
the user of special software. I had a client who needed a dongle to run
her sewing machine software. I also got links referring to some Hard
Lock Errors in connection with some program called "Bioware". Here's

Since I don't know what's on your system, I can't really give you a
better answer. I'd suggest you do your own Google search like I did and
see if anything rings a bell for you. If we can help more, then please
repost and include some more details about your system, when you get
the error message, etc.
