Hijacked registry keys

I am unable to log on to any Home Page I set. AdAware
tells me the Home Page registry key has been changed -
and I got a message saying it has been hijacked. I've got
two firewalls running as well as Norton antivirus and
Spyhunter. I've "swept" the machine and reinstalled IE6.
I can't get rid of the problem. Any suggestions PLEASE
