hidden text on both the left and right margins

I don't know what I clicked, but, suddenly my WORD document has no left or
right margins. The sentences seem to run off the page on both the left and
right side of the page.

HELP!

I have WORD 2003, operating system windows xp

Maybe you clicked on the Web Layout view button - Second from the left on
the bottom of the screen. Or, select the view that you want from the View
menu.
