See support.dell.com.

If I understand your post correctly, you have a system with onboard video.

The system appears to be:

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dmum/

and the mainboard:

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dmum/techovu.htm#system_board_connectors_and_sockets

It has no dedicated graphics slot. You can probably use a PCI graphics card
(NOT PCI-Express; it's completely incompatible). It would be an upgrade of
the Intel 810 graphics, but I'm not sure that it would be worth the expense.
(I assume that you want it for gaming.)

The PC was probably a competent business system when it was new, getting on
for 5 years ago. I doubt that it's worth spending much money on upgrades for
it at this time.
