Helpctr.exe sets off Antivirus & Firewall

When I start up Help, ZoneAlarm says that it is trying to access the
internet, and McAfee says that there is "suspicious scripting activity". It
says "The script is attempting to call the RegRead method within the
IWshShell3 object.". Is this a false alarm or a virus/trojan/spyware?
