helpctr.exe not found

Hoi,
De Help and support won't start from the start menu in XP-SP1.
Put all the registry fixes from Kellys corner in. No result.
Checked all te registry settings, they are oke. tried to reinstall
pchealth.inf result.
The message "cannot find Helctr.exe " is than even not comming up.
It seems to me that the path form de Help button in the start menu is not
correct. How can I see that?

I can open the helpctr.exe file manualy. Is is not possible to open de file
from de Run box, only in the directory itself!

What can I do more?

Thank you for responding.

Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work:
Go to Start > Run and type in: helpctr -regserver

To reinstall Help and Support:
Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf.
Right-click and choose install. Have your XP CD available.

Note: The folder is hidden by default. Go to Start > Run and type in:
control folders. View: Show hidden files and folders and uncheck
Hide extensions for known file types.
