I have recently moved and I was trying to re-setup my at
home network and when I tried to turn on my old p2 266 it
tells me that I have no hard drives installed. In fact I
have two. It worked the day before we moved I was careful
wiht it during the move (no dropping or anything) but now
it is impossible to boot as it will not recognize
anything.

The internal connections are all sound? - sounds like this
You have the win2K start disks set?
If not create using another sys boot using these and examine yr sys.

If you feel up to it, take the lid off the PC and check the cables that go
from each hard disk to the mainboard (or disk controller card) even if they
look ok just give then a push in as they may have come loose when you moved
your pc.
