Help with program!

I have downloaded a program and uninstalled it using add remove
programs,but when i search for the program and try to delete a file
from it , it says access is denied, is there any way to delete this
file even thought it has a message, through something else on the
computer or something?

The program may have put an entry in the registry which allows it to open
at startup. You can check by going to Start>run
type: msconfig>click Ok select Startup and look for an entry in the
rt pane. Uncheck if there.

Boot your computer in "safe mode with command prompt"
(hold down the F8 key while booting your computer).
Then you can delete the file.
