1. Help and Support is NOT there off the START button.
2. Help is NOT in Microsoft Documents or from a FOLDER.
3. Help IS available ONLY from a Microsoft Word document.

Ihave NOT run Easy Cleaner. This is a brand new computer.

I tried: Use Run on the Start menu to run..
%systemroot%\inf
and it only got the MW document Help to work.

THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT WORK EITHER...i CAN'T GET PAST #3.
1. Close Help and Support Center if it is open.
2. Open a Cmd window (Start - Run then type CMD in the
run line)
3. Type "cd %windir%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries" (without
quotes) and
then press Enter
4. Type "start /w helpsvc /install" <enter> (without
quotes)
5. Relaunch Help and Support Center

ALL SUGGESTONS WELCOME.

Did Help ever work? If yes, what changed between the time it worked and
the time it didn't? Can you pinpoint cause and effect? If yes, can you
reverse what you did, such as uninstalling third-party software or
doing a System Restore, etc.? Is your computer free of viruses and
spyware? How do you know; i.e., what did you do to determine this?
