HELP me please.

I dont know what I did, but my icon for my drives when I
click "My Computer" are shown as that white page with the
corner folded and a blue window on the page. Is there a
way to fix my icons?

One way might be via TweakUI (for XP). If this is not
installed on your system, then download it from http://
www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

Note: V2.10.0.0 needs Windows XP SP 1

In TweakUI, navigate to
| Repair | Repair Icons | [Repair Now]

Another way might be via David Candy's procedure -

| To refresh the icons in the system,
| | Control Panel | Display | /Appearance\ [Advanced],
| change the size of icons
| click [Apply]
| then change the size back.

Hmmm...in nt and 2k as well I believe you can just reset
the icons back. In xp it looks like the simplest way is
just to rollback the computer to the date before this
happened. I highly reccomend getting an antivirus update
as well.

Go to Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/View/Reset All Folders. If that
doesn't help and it should, go to Start/Run and type in:
regsvr32 /i shell32.
/top10faqs.htm
