I'm new to computers,and would like to post something basic on web,but do
not want to pay!!Is their a free web posting service?or a company which is
cheap?

And of course, check with your ISP. Most ISP's include some room on
their servers for subscribers to create a homepage site as part of the
subscription package. You may not realize you have this option.
