Help!!!!! I need a quick way to write reports

I don't know if anyone out three can help me, but I need a quick reply to this problem. I have created a comment bank for reports in a word document that I would like to be able to assign a shotrcut key to so that instead of cutting and pasting everysingle time I needed a comment I could use a specific keyboard short cut. I don't know if this is possible and would be very grateful for anyones opinion with this. Many thanks.

Select a comment, press ALT+F3 and create an Autotext Entry. Use
View>Toolbars>Customize>Command>Keyboard to assign shortcut keys to your
autotext entries.
