HELP! Cannot Log On To Window XP HE

Stupid me! I installed the TweakUI powertoy and set it to
NOT display my name on the Windows XP (HE) startup
screen. So now when I boot up my machine, it gets to the
login screen and asks me to click a user name to continue,
and there is none! I thought it would simply bypass the
screen altogether. How do I get past this screen to
manage my accounts again.

You can log in by pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL twice at the Welcome Screen, with no
other user logged on. Enter your username and password, if any.

Additionally, boot the computer into Safe Mode and login to the built in
Administrator account. Undo the changes you made with TweakUI.
