HCT 11.2, usb connection question about video capture/camera test

Is is required to connect my usb target to a USB 2.0 hub
always during the HCT testing time?

I know the USB CV test needs to do so to eliminate the
yellow mark.
But does the TWAIN compliance test need the connection to
USB 2.0 hub, too?

Hello,

No, the TWAIN Compliance Test does not need a USB hub, but a hub does not
hurt the TWAIN test. However, the USB Device Framework (CV) test does
require a USB hub. Therefore, you should install the HCT with a hub. But
if you remove the hub before the Twain Test, the HCT might give you a
"Configuration Change Warning" error, and force you to put the hub back, or
reset all the test logs and force you to start over your HCT testing from
the beginning.

Best Regards,
Karl
