have a message i cant delete, cant send mail

I have a message I composed and now cant delete, or move or edit, it's like
an old boyfriend that wont go away! It is causing problems by not allowing
me to send email, only receive. HELP!!!!!

If any message can't be moved or deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Although that article only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.
