Hardware install problem

I cannot access Add and Remove hardware. When I click on
it i get a message back that says another installation in
process. Wait til the installation is complete.

How do I get beyond that or even determine what is
preventing me from accessingf add and remove hardware?

Please help

Usually, all you need to do is Reboot. Some Installs require that. If that
doesnt work check here.
