Getting rid of outlook virus

I have Norton running and also use adaware and spybot.

I have a Yahoo POP3 account that finds/deletes viruses very well when I log
in directly to Yahoo. When I use Outlook, my mailbox is getting filled with
W32.Sober virus messages and lots of messages about "your email being
blocked". This makes me think that I have something in my Outlook that is
sending messages out of my email.

Also, can I get Outlook to put these bad messages in a junk mail folder
instead of having to delete each one indivudally?
